Q.Why won't my LED lights dim properly?
Most often the dimmer isn't LED-rated, or the LED's driver and the dimmer aren't matched. We install dimmable LEDs with compatible dimmers like Lutron Diva or Caséta to deliver smooth, flicker-free dimming from full bright down to low.
Q.Do I need a neutral wire for smart switches?
Most smart switches require a neutral, which older switch boxes may lack. We check your wiring and either use a no-neutral smart switch or add a neutral — we'll tell you which before installing.
Q.Can you fix a 3-way switch that works backward?
Yes. Miswired 3-way switches are common and cause lights to respond incorrectly depending on the switch position. We rewire the travelers correctly so both switches work as expected.
Q.Can I control my lights with my phone or voice?
Yes. We install Lutron Caséta and other smart dimmers that work with Alexa, Google, and Apple HomeKit, plus scene keypads and schedules for whole-home control from an app.
