Why Install a Level 2 Home Charger?
Charge 30–44 Miles per Hour
A 48A / 11.5kW Level 2 charger adds roughly 30–44 miles of range every hour — a full overnight charge for most EVs, versus days on a standard 120V outlet.
Protect Your Panel & Home
A dedicated circuit sized with a real load calculation prevents overloaded breakers, voltage drop, and the fire risk of daisy-chained outlets or extension cords.
Increase Property Value
EV-ready homes sell faster and for more. A permitted, professional charger install is a permanent upgrade buyers and appraisers recognize.
Our EV Charger Installation Process
Load Assessment
We calculate your home's total electrical load to confirm your panel has capacity — or recommend a panel upgrade if needed.
Charger Selection
We help you pick the right charger and amperage for your EV, driving habits, and garage or driveway layout.
Clean Wiring
We run a dedicated 240V circuit, mount the charger, and label the breaker — neat, concealed wiring that respects your home.
Test & Permit Close
We test the charge, pull and close the municipal permit, and walk you through safe daily use.
EV Charger Installation Questions
Q.Can my current electrical panel support an EV charger?
It depends on your existing load. A 100A panel may support a lower-amperage charger, but a full 48A charger often requires a 200A service. We perform a real load calculation before recommending a charger or panel upgrade — never a guess.
Q.Do you install Tesla Wall Connectors?
Yes. We install Tesla Wall Connectors, ChargePoint Home Flex, JuiceBox, Grizzl-E, and any universal J1772 Level 2 charger. For Teslas we can also add a NEMA 14-50 outlet for mobile connector use.
Q.Can the charger be installed outdoors?
Yes. We use weatherproof NEMA 4-rated enclosures and outdoor-rated wiring for driveway and carport installations, with a dedicated disconnect as required by code.
Q.Do you handle the permit and inspection?
Always. We pull the municipal permit, schedule the inspection, and guarantee the installation passes — so your charger is legal, safe, and insurable.
