Q.Can I hang a ceiling fan where a light fixture is now?
Only if the existing box is fan-rated and anchored to framing. Most standard light boxes aren't. We replace it with a fan-rated support box before installing the fan — a critical safety step that prevents the fan from pulling the box out of the ceiling.
Q.How heavy a chandelier can you install?
We install chandeliers up to the rating of the support box and framing. For very heavy fixtures we use heavy-duty boxes, chain, or threaded rod into the structure. Tell us the fixture weight and we'll spec the right support.
Q.Can you install a fan on a vaulted or high ceiling?
Yes. We use vaulted-ceiling mounts and extension downrods to position the fan at the correct height for airflow, and ensure the box is properly anchored to the angled framing.
Q.Do you install smart ceiling fans?
Yes. We install smart fans with remote, app, and voice control, wire the receiver, and set up integration with your smart-home system so you can control speed and light from anywhere.
